My Approach As an integrative therapist and coach, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including: > Person-Centred Therapy – Providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space. > Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Identifying and shifting unhelpful thinking patterns. > Psychodynamic Therapy – Understanding how past experiences shape current behaviours. > Existential Therapy – Exploring meaning, purpose, and personal agency. > Coaching techniques – Helping you clarify goals, build confidence, and take action.
